Joy Ballard
Joy Ballard〔Willows High School〕〔Educating Cardiff〕 (born 13 October 1966) is the former head teacher of Willows High School in Cardiff.〔http://sites.cardiff.gov.uk/ysgol/Schools/SchoolSearch/SchoolDetail.asp?id=17〕 As of August 2015, she is the head teacher of Ryde Academy on the Isle of Wight, having left Willows to be closer to her family.
